Job summary

Tential Solutions is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a comprehensive Workday transformation across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Talent, and Reporting. You will manage strategy, governance, readiness, and post-go-live activities, partnering with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of Program Management or enterprise technology delivery experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional business transformations or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience coordinating HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, executives, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise Workday implementation program from planning through stabilization.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, roadmaps, budgets, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
• Establish and facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive decision-making processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Operations, IT, implementation partners, and vendors to align priorities and ensure delivery.
• Oversee requirements planning, data conversion, integrations, testing, deployment readiness, and cutover planning.
• Monitor program health, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations; prepare executive dashboards and RAID logs.
• Lead change management, training coordination, stakeholder readiness, and adoption planning.
• Ensure deliverables meet objectives, quality standards, compliance, and commitments.
• Drive scalable governance frameworks, standards, tools, and delivery methodologies.
• Balance priorities across workstreams while maintaining timelines and objectives.
