Job summary

The role drives issues from identification through closure, establishing accountability and dependencies, and elevating risks as needed. Requires PMP eligibility and SDLC experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university and 3 years of recent relevant project management experience.
• Eligibility to sit for Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Six or more years of related experience in project management coordinating and supporting business processes.
• Experience with SDLC and formal project management tooling (Asana, MS Project, Jira).
• Certification as PMP or CAPM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a single authoritative backlog of benefits issues with ownership, dependencies, and closure criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve individual benefits issues and keep focus on outcomes.
• Obtain next steps, accountable owners, and target completion dates; track commitments to completion.
• Document decisions, open questions, actions, and responsible individuals in a shared location.
• Develop and maintain an integrated stabilization schedule across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate test planning, data, expected results, regression testing, and vendor validation.
• Manage change-control and release-readiness from nonproduction environments to production.
