Bread Financial seeks an ERM Programs Specialist to lead the design, governance, and ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management framework. The role collaborates with risk owners across the first and second lines of defense to ensure effective risk assessment, control testing, and issues management processes.

The ideal candidate has substantial ERM and regulatory-exam experience, with a focus on RCSA, PCRA, and risk governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; 10–13 years in ERM or related risk disciplines preferred.
• Experience with RCSA, PCRA, control testing, risk assessments, issues management, and regulatory interactions desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, implementation, governance and continuous improvement of ERM Framework programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with First- and Second-Line stakeholders as trusted ERM advisor.
• Translate program requirements into business/functional requirements and support solution design and UAT.
• Develop executive reporting, training and communications to strengthen risk awareness.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits and independent reviews of ERM programs.
