You will manage end-to-end ERM operations, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, Security, and Operations to identify emerging risks and report to governance bodies.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in operational risk, ERM, GRC, or compliance in financial services.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with SEC/FINRA, COSO ERM, ISO 31000, and GRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end enterprise risk management operations, including risk intake, assessment, and reporting.
