Job summary

American Consumer Credit Counseling seeks a Manager, Enterprise Risk Management to design and implement ACCC’s ERM program from the ground up. You will establish governance, methodologies, documentation, tools, and processes to identify, assess, monitor, mitigate, and report enterprise risks.

With 5+ years in ERM and a strong governance mindset, you will build the framework, then manage and continuously improve it, embedding risk management into strategic planning and operations at ACCC.

Qualifications

• Required ERM design/implementation experience in governance or internal controls.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, project management, and communication abilities.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and implement ACCC's ERM framework and charter.
• Establish risk taxonomy, ERM register, and control ownership.
• Develop KRIs and executive dashboards and report to leadership and Board.
• Embed ERM into strategic planning and decision-making.
• Coordinate GRC technology evaluation and deployment.
