Job summary

Members 1st Partnership is seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst to support the ERM program across the organization. You will facilitate risk awareness, training, and governance while partnering with second-line functions to mature risk practices.

The role requires completing risk assessments, analyzing data, and advising internal stakeholders on risk mitigation. This position emphasizes collaboration, analytical thinking, and adherence to policy within a credit union context.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge of risk management theory, tools, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the operation and advancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Program.
• Provide independent oversight and constructive challenge regarding risks.
• Assist in planning, development and implementation of risk frameworks, policies and procedures.
• Train and partner with stakeholders, serving as a risk advisor.
