Job summary

Bread Financial seeks an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Lead to design, implement, and govern a comprehensive ERM framework across the organization. You will partner with First- and Second-Line stakeholders to drive risk-informed decisions and regulatory alignment.

The role focuses on RCSAs, PCRAs, control testing, risk assessments, and issues management, with visibility into executive reporting and data quality improvements. Hybrid work in Columbus, OH.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related fields.
• Direct experience with regulated financial institutions and examinations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance and continuous improvement of ERM framework programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with First- and Second-Line stakeholders.
• Translate ERM requirements into business specs and support testing (UAT).
• Develop executive risk reporting and communications for senior leadership.
• Support regulatory examinations with documentation and analysis.
• Analyze program data to identify trends and remediation opportunities.
• Drive training and adoption of ERM requirements across the organization.
• Contribute to strategic ERM initiatives and special projects.
