Job summary

Western Alliance Bank is seeking an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Associate Director to lead and execute risk programs across the organization. The role focuses on identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling enterprise risks within the bank's risk management framework.

The successful candidate will oversee RCSA, controls testing, GRC, third-party risk, and policy framework, while guiding a small team and driving continuous improvement initiatives in risk practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Risk Management or related field.
• Experience leading risk programs within a financial institution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of risk frameworks and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain risk programs to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks across the organization.
• Lead or assist in reporting, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional risk activities in RCSA, Controls Testing, GRC, Third-Party Risk, and policy framework.
