Electric Power Engineers, LLC (EPE) is redesigning the grid of the future from a distributed team of power system engineers. You will model and study the grid, manage client accounts, support business development, and develop engineers across the organization.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with power system emphasis.
• 3+ years of experience beyond degree requirements.
• Experience with ERCOT modeling requirements and procedures.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software and related tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for timely completion of projects within quality and budget targets.
• Interact with clients to address needs and concerns within project scope.
• Develop and grow engineers within the team and organization.
• Perform advanced studies of the power grid using industry-standard tools (PSSE, PSLF, TSAT, PSCAD).
• Lead process improvements to maximize team bandwidth while ensuring deliverable quality and timeliness.
• Support business development, including RFP responses and scope of work Statements.
