Job summary

Galderma Laboratories, LP is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations within a dynamic, regulated environment. You will independently manage a varied caseload, conduct complex workplace investigations, and provide risk-informed guidance to leaders across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employee or Labor Relations, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years of progressive Employee Relations experience, with demonstrated ability to independently manage a broad caseload, including complex workplace investigations and higher-risk matters.
• Experience supporting a multi-state U.S. workforce in a fast-paced corporate and/or sales driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience conducting complex workplace investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct, and other workplace concerns.
• Expertise in workplace accommodations and the ADA interactive process, including evaluating requests and recommending reasonable accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and demonstrated experience assessing ER risk and advising on performance management, corrective action, terminations, accommodations, and leave-related matters.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, investigation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage Employee Relations Matters and Complex Workplace Investigations independently, including intake through resolution.
• Provide Employee Relations advisory and risk management to leaders across the organization.
• Support the ADA interactive process and accommodation management with timely, compliant outcomes.
• Build leader capability through ER training, tools, playbooks, and resources.
• Contribute to ER process improvements and trend analyses for proactive risk mitigation.
