Job summary

Galderma seeks a Senior Employee Relations Partner to advise leaders across a highly regulated, sales-driven environment. You will independently manage a broad ER caseload, conduct complex investigations, and provide practical, risk-informed recommendations.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance and HR to balance legal considerations with business objectives, while supporting ADA accommodations and driving ER process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, employee or labor relations, or related field.
• 6-10 years of progressive Employee Relations experience with investigations.
• Experience supporting a multi-state U.S. workforce in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading investigations involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, misconduct.
• Expertise in the ADA interactive process and accommodations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and risk assessment.
• Judgment to independently resolve matters and know when to escalate.
• Strong written/verbal communication, analytical, investigation and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a varied ER caseload from intake to resolution.
• Lead complex workplace investigations: strategy, interviews, evidence, findings.
• Prepare investigation reports and present findings to HR and leaders.
• Provide ER advisory to leaders across a regulated organization.
• Assess ER risk and balance legal considerations with business objectives.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, HR on employment decisions and sensitive matters.
• Coordinate ADA accommodation process and maintain records.
• Coach leaders on ER best practices and develop tools/resources.
• Contribute to ER process improvements and trend insights.
