Job summary

Bellwether seeks a 2027 Equity Analyst to join its real estate platform and staff the asset management team. You will gain exposure to multiple asset classes, engage in financial modeling and fund-level reporting, and support AI initiatives and automation efforts across the investment process.

The program includes hands-on underwriting, due diligence, and the development of dashboards for stakeholders, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proactive monitoring and management of a portfolio of equity investments across property types.
• Review and analyze business plans, leasing activity and property operating performance.
• Act as liaison between clients, operating partners and asset management team.
• Develop and maintain asset-level cash flow reforecasting models.
• Complete underwriting and due diligence for prospective investments.
• Assist with build-out of automated dashboards for stakeholders.
