Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer the company's equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPP.
• Monitor daily stock option exercises for errors and compliance with laws.
• Maintain equity administration database and coordinate with transfer agents/service providers to ensure timely settlements.
• Collaborate with Payroll for year-end statements.
• Serve as a resource for internal departments and employees, including training.
