Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/equivalent is required.
• At least 5 years in a corporate environment administering stock plans.
• Experience owning ESPP implementation and purchases in a global corporation.
• Working knowledge of Section 16 insider reporting, tax, accounting and securities law aspects of equity compensation plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer the company's equity programs, including stock options, RSUs, and ESPP.
• Monitor daily stock option exercises and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
• Maintain the equity administration database and coordinate trade settlements with agents.
• Collaborate with Payroll on year-end statements.
• Serve as a resource for internal departments and employees, including training.
