Job summary

FedEx Ground is seeking an experienced equity program analyst to oversee stock options, restricted stock plans, and an employee stock purchase plan. This role combines high-level administration with cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate global processing.

You will monitor option exercises, maintain the equity database, coordinate with transfer agents, and work with Payroll on year-end statements.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in a corporate environment administering stock plans.
• Experience owning ESPP implementation and purchases in a global corporation.
• Knowledge of Section 16 insider reporting, tax, accounting and securities law related to equity compensation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and administer equity programs (stock options, RSUs, and ESPP).
• Monitor daily stock option exercises and ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
• Maintain equity administration database and coordinate with transfer agents to settle trades.
• Collaborate with Payroll on year-end statements.
• Serve as a resource for internal departments and employees, including training.
