Qualifications

• Experience leading an equal employment opportunity or workplace discrimination program.
• Advising senior leaders, managers, employees and stakeholders on complex EEO matters.
• Reviewing discrimination complaints and identifying trends to improve compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, manage, and evaluate CBP's EEO program and complaint-processing activities.
• Provide authoritative advice to senior leaders and stakeholders on EEO matters and resolutions.
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and areas needing intervention; develop improvement strategies.
• Oversee supervisory staff, assign work, and supervise case-file and tracking-system records.
