Job summary

Terracon is seeking an experienced EPP Program Manager to join our Florida Division, leading Environmental Permitting and Planning (EPP) across the division and supporting staff and clients nationwide. The role focuses on building EPP practices, mentoring staff, and coordinating with national teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, Archaeology, Historic Preservation or Ecology with at least 15 years’ related experience.
• Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 20 years’ related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale projects and national accounts within EPP.
• Provide mentorship and lead cross-office collaboration to grow EPP practices.
• Coordinate with operations, NAMs and Sector leaders for financial success of megaprojects.
• Prepare project and program management plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead safety efforts and ensure compliance with approved safety plans.
