Job summary

Excellus BCBS is seeking an EPMO Project Manager in New York to manage and deliver application, operations, and program projects for the Excellus Health Plan under the guidance of the EPMO leader.

You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources across cross‑functional teams, mentor junior PMs, and promote continuous improvement. Some remote work may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates a matrixed team’s activities to manage and implement approved scope from business case through project close-out.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics including costs and budgets.
• Monitors and controls project scope, requirements and change management needs.
• Meets regularly with management, sponsors, and project teams to review scope and progress.
