Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Three (3) years related work experience.
• Technically competent with MS Project, Word, OneNote, Excel and PowerPoint.
• General knowledge of multiple project methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, SDLC, etc.
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities and timelines with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Mansioni

• Plans, directs, and coordinates a matrixed team’s activities to manage and implement approved scope from business case through project close-out.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics including costs, budgets, staffing, resources, and risks.
• Monitors and controls project scope, requirements and change management needs.
• Establishes appropriate metrics for measuring key project criteria.
• Meets regularly with management, sponsors, and project teams to review scope/progress and resolve issues.
• Maintains currency on emerging technologies and project management techniques.
• Fosters continuous improvement and drives efficiency and cost reduction.
• Matrix manages cross-functional suppliers (internal IT, outsource partners, contractors, etc.).
• Directly negotiates with and liaises between partners, users, and suppliers.
