Job summary

Excellus BCBS is seeking an EPMO Project Manager to lead and deliver application and operations projects across the health plan. The role collaborates with PM levels II–IV, manages schedules, scope and budgets, and ensures quality delivery while applying modern PM methods.

The position requires coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and staying current with PM techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• Three (3) years related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates a matrixed team’s activities to manage and implement approved scope from business case through project close-out.
• Monitors and reports on project economics, budgets, staffing, resources, and risks.
• Represents Managers and Directors in meetings pertaining to related projects.
