Job summary

Capital District Physicians' Health Plan Inc is seeking an EPMO Project Manager to oversee application, operations, program, and business projects for the Excellus Health Plan. You will collaborate with Level II–IV PMs, manage schedules, budgets, and deliverables, and ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes.

You will facilitate meetings, track progress, and maintain documentation for change management while continuously improving processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or four additional years of related work experience.
• Three or more years of related project management experience.
• Familiarity with multiple methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, SDLC, etc.
• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates a matrixed team's activities to manage approved scope from business case through project close-out.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on project activities and economics.
• Monitors and controls project scope, requirements and change management needs.
• Meets with management, sponsors, and project teams to review scope and progress.
• Provides governance for project artifacts including schedule reviews and status reporting.
• Coaches cross-functional teams and mentors junior project managers.
