Job summary

Excellus BCBS in New York seeks an EPMO Project Manager to lead and deliver application, operations, and program initiatives within the Excellus Health Plan. Working under the EPMO leader, you will coordinate schedules, budgets, and cross-functional teams to achieve on-time, on-scope results.

You will mentor Level I–IV project managers, apply governance standards, manage change, and continuously improve processes while protecting member privacy and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Admin or related field.
• Three (3) years related work experience.
• Technically competent with MS Project, Word, OneNote, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates a matrixed team’s activities to manage and implement approved scope from business case through project close-out.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project.
• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics including costs, budgets, staffing, risks.
