Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Inpatient/Beacon Architect to design and optimize module features across the Epic platform.

You will collaborate with Install, Maintenance, QA, and Release teams to strengthen standards, configuration, and reporting solutions while ensuring alignment with OCHIN’s strategic goals. You will gather and analyze business and technical requirements, lead design sessions, provide expert-level Epic guidance, and mentor teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of Application Analyst experience with increasing scope.
• Deep knowledge of Epic data structures and applications required.
• Epic Certifications in Willow Inpatient and Beacon required.
• Pharmacy License preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent time management and organization skills required.
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Complete a competency assessment prior to team interview.

Responsibilities

• Designs and configures Epic WillowInpatient/Beacon features and improvements.
• Strengthens standards, patterns, and best practices across Epic modules.
• Elicits, analyzes, and documents business and technical requirements.
• Leads design sessions and production deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Mentors other team members and provides expert Epic guidance.
• Performs complex development and testing of features, data extracts, and integrations.
• Supports risk assessment and change control processes.
