Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field plus healthcare app support experience.
• Epic certification or certification within 12 weeks of Epic training completion.
• Strong knowledge of HL7, FHIR, X12 interfaces and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, implementation and ongoing support of Epic-related software.
• Gather requirements for clinical workflows and ensure high availability.
• Provide on-call user support and maintain system documentation.
• Coordinate change control, testing, and deployment of planned changes.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance across Epic systems.
• Develop interfaces and data mappings between core clinical, registration, and financial apps.
