On-call duties and after-hours availability are required, with focus on delivering reliable Epic system support, implementing enhancements, and driving process improvements in a busy hospital network.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems / Clinical Informatics or related IT healthcare field.
• 5+ years IT experience in healthcare; Epic Clinical Application certification.
• Excellent communication, public speaking and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent operational interests of their functional areas in daily IS operations.
• Support Epic Clinical applications deployed within Harris Health System.
• Available for on-call work and after-hours support; assist with process improvements.
