Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a skilled project and program leader to drive enterprise platform initiatives across care delivery teams. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure resources are allocated effectively.

In this role you will evaluate applications, support deployments, test new features, and develop Job Aids for staff training. Strong communication and mentoring abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Epic/Workday/Application certification(s) or ability to achieve, as required by department.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).

Responsibilities

• Proactively identifies barriers to completing work and escalates issues with proposed solutions.
• Attends required meetings, follows up, and maintains clear communication.
• Leads workstreams on cross-functional projects, ensuring tasks stay within scope and guidelines.
• Runs optimization requests, schedules meetings, identifies timelines, and allocates resources.
• Develops and maintains partnerships with operational staff as subject matter advisor for applications.
