Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an Analyst to design, build, test, train, and support the Epic EHR system. The role requires little supervision and involves maintaining the Epic environment and mentoring the ClinDoc team. Strong experience with clinical workflows and hospital operations is essential.

The ideal candidate will hold Epic certifications, manage multiple priorities, and travel up to 50% as needed to support enterprise implementations and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, CS, IT or related field.
• Epic certifications must be obtained within three months of hire.
• Two years’ experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within Epic.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and IT usage in healthcare.
• Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Experience in analysis, process design, workflow, installation and support of EHR systems.
• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and handle on-call duties.
