Job summary

• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).

Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to work and escalate with proposed solutions.
• Participate in cross-functional projects as workstream lead, ensuring tasks stay within scope and guidelines.
• Configure application features, security settings, and develop support documentation for teams.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts, caregivers, and vendors to evaluate and configure features.
