Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a skilled Epic Client Systems Administrator to install, configure, and maintain Epic components such as Hyperspace, MyChart, and Interconnect. You will support daily Epic client systems operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, Epic certifications, and 2+ years in Healthcare IT with strong Windows Server and PowerShell skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Epic certifications: Hyperspace Deployment, Web/Service Servers (Hyperspace Web, MyChart, Interconnect, Web BLOB, EPS).
• 2+ years in Healthcare IT in an Epic Client Systems role.
• Technical expertise in Windows Server, Epic client distribution tools, and web/service servers.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with clinical and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Epic components including Hyperspace and related modules.
• Support daily operations of Epic client systems and web/service servers.
• Troubleshoot system issues, performance problems, and integration failures.
• Participate in cloud migration tasks including endpoint updates and related operations.
• Collaborate with technical leads, application teams, and infrastructure teams.
