Job summary

UPMC is seeking a Systems Analyst - Senior to join our Ambulatory Surgery team. This position is fully remote and targets an experienced analyst with Epic Phoenix certification or transplant experience, with a strong background in supporting Transplant clinics, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders.

• Epic Phoenix certification or transplant experience is required.
• Experience supporting transplant clinics or programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and partner with clinical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand transplant workflows including referral, waitlist management, and post-transplant follow-up.
• Provide Level 2/3 support and mentor junior staff in issue resolution.
• Document requirements and support SDLC activities; coordinate with enterprise teams.
• Interact with vendors as needed and coordinate cross-platform efforts.
