Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking an Epic Senior Systems Analyst for ambulatory IT to design, build, test, deploy, and support Epic systems that optimize clinical and revenue cycle workflows.

You will translate business needs into Epic configurations, integrations, and reporting, while maintaining data integrity, security, and SLAs across the environment. Strong collaboration with clinical teams and IT partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field with healthcare IT experience.
• Experience with Epic applications and healthcare workflows.
• Strong requirements gathering, workflow design, and testing skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL, SDLC, and Agile/Waterfall project methods.
• Ability to communicate with clinical and operational stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather and refine Epic requirements.
• Design Epic build aligned to goals and policy.
• Develop test plans and manage defect resolution.
• Coordinate releases and hypercare support.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data integrity.
