We are looking for an experienced analyst with an Epic Ambulatory certification or proficiency, with a strong background in ambulatory workflows, troubleshooting system issues, and partnering with operational and clinical stakeholders. Under the general direction of the management team, the role requires mentorship, project management, and strong communication skills to support IT

Qualifications

• Epic Ambulatory certification or proficiency is required.
• Strong background in ambulatory workflows and clinical/operational processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Document complex processes and requirements for IT and business needs.
• Triage and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 issues; mentor other analysts.
• Manage multiple projects and maintain project management artifacts and time tracking.
