Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Solutions Architect for Epic Applications to lead architecture, design, and delivery of Epic solutions supporting Medicare Star Ratings reporting and population health management. You will bridge Epic depth with value-based care requirements, translating regulatory needs into scalable Epic architecture.

You will guide STARS reporting, care coordination workflows, and Healthy Planet integrations, mentor a team of Epic analysts, and partner with risk, quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in healthcare IT with 5+ years on Epic applications; enterprise Epic leadership experience.
• Hands-on or architectural experience with Epic Healthy Planet and related population health modules.
• Strong knowledge of CMS STARS, HEDIS measures, and quality/risk adjustment reporting.
• Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, and Epic reporting tools; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination workflows, and STARS reporting.
• Design scalable data models connecting Epic modules to STARS/quality reporting needs.
• Serve as technical authority on Epic population health tools and data integration.
• Partner with architecture and data teams to align with governance and interoperability standards.
• Lead enterprise Epic initiatives and manage technical teams to deliver results.
