CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Solutions Architect for Epic Applications to drive architecture and delivery of Epic solutions supporting Medicare Star Ratings and Healthy Planet initiatives. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred for senior level leadership.
10+ years of healthcare IT experience, 5+ years with Epic applications.
Deep hands-on or architectural experience with Epic Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, or population health modules.
Strong understanding of CMS STARS, HEDIS, and quality/risk reporting requirements.
Experience architecting solutions involving Clarity, Caboodle, and Epic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end Epic architecture for Healthy Planet, care coordination, and STARS reporting.
Design scalable data models linking Clarity/Caboodle to STARS and quality reporting needs.
Lead architecture decisions and governance for Epic population health tools.
Oversee Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, and Clarity/Caboodle reporting for STARS performance tracking.
Mentor Epic analysts/engineers and manage vendor relationships.
