Job summary
CVS Health seeks a Lead Director, Solutions Architect for Epic Applications to lead architecture and delivery of Epic solutions supporting STARS reporting, care coordination, and Healthy Planet. This senior role blends Epic technical depth with population health knowledge to translate regulatory requirements into scalable architecture.
You will guide design, governance, and cross-functional teams, partner with data and clinical stakeholders, and ensure interoperability and compliant reporting
Qualifications
- 10+ years of healthcare IT experience with 5+ years on Epic applications
- Deep hands-on or architectural Epic experience (Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, or population health)
- Strong knowledge of CMS STARS, HEDIS, and risk adjustment reporting
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination workflows, and STARS/quality reporting
- Design scalable data models connecting Epic modules to STARS reporting needs
- Lead governance and enterprise architecture discussions for Epic solutions
- Mentor Epic analysts/engineers and align roadmap with business goals
- Manage vendor relationships for STARS/quality reporting tools and population health platforms
