Job summary
CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Lead Director, Solutions Architect for Epic Applications to drive end-to-end architecture for Healthy Planet, STARS reporting, and care coordination. You will bridge Epic technical expertise with value-based care objectives to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
You will lead a team of Epic analysts and engineers, partner with enterprise data and governance groups, and influence strategy while ensuring interoperability with CMS,
Qualifications
- 10+ years healthcare IT experience, with 5+ years focused on Epic applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Deep hands-on or architectural experience with Epic Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, and/or population health modules
- Strong understanding of CMS STARS, HEDIS, and quality/risk adjustment reporting requirements
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solutions architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, care coordination workflows, and STARS/quality measure reporting
- Design scalable data models and workflows connecting Epic Clarity/Caboodle, Healthy Planet registries, care management, and risk stratification tools to reporting needs
- Lead enterprise initiatives and manage technical teams of Epic analysts/architects
- Partner with quality, risk adjustment, and compliance teams to translate regulatory specifications into Epic build requirements
