CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Solutions Architect - Epic Applications to lead architecture for Epic Healthy Planet, STARS reporting, and population health initiatives. You will drive cross-functional efforts across clinical, quality, and IT teams, translating regulatory requirements into scalable Epic solutions and ensuring data governance and interoperability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare IT experience with Epic focus
• Experience with STARS/HEDIS reporting
• Knowledge of CMS quality reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Epic Healthy Planet and STARS reporting architecture
• Lead design of data models linking Clarity/Caboodle to STARS needs
• Guide governance, upgrade planning, and vendor management
