Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director to own Epic Applications architecture across Healthy Planet, STARS reporting, and care coordination. You will guide enterprise-level Epic initiatives and coordinate with clinical, quality, and IT leaders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
The role requires deep Epic expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive data integration across clinical and payer data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of healthcare IT experience with Epic exposure.
- Deep hands-on or architectural Epic experience.
- Knowledge of CMS STARS, HEDIS and quality reporting.
- Experience with Epic reporting tools (Clarity/Caboodle).
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Epic Healthy Planet architecture and STARS reporting.
- Design scalable data models linking Epic modules to quality reporting.
- Lead guidance on Epic population health tools and data integration.
- Collaborate with architecture and data teams on governance and interoperability.
- Evaluate build vs buy decisions for STARS/quality vendors.
