Job summary

CVS Health seeks a senior leader to own the architecture and delivery of Epic applications supporting Medicare Star Ratings, care coordination, and population health via Epic Healthy Planet.

The Lead Director will drive end-to-end design, ensure data governance, and partner with quality, risk adjustment, and IT leadership to translate regulatory requirements into scalable Epic solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field.
10+ years of healthcare IT experience with 5+ years focused on Epic applications.
Deep hands-on or architectural experience with Epic Healthy Planet and population health modules.
Strong CMS STARS, HEDIS and quality reporting knowledge.
Experience with Clarity, Caboodle, and Epic reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solutions architecture for Epic Healthy Planet and STARS reporting.
Design scalable data models connecting Epic components to quality reporting needs.
Lead integration between Healthy Planet and care coordination platforms.
Oversee reporting architectures (Reporting Workbench, Clarity/Caboodle) for dashboards.
