Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field
5+ years in technology or business administration roles
Experience in healthcare technology environments
Advanced hands-on experience with Epic SER / Provider Records
Epic Provider Administration Badge is REQUIRED
Experience with SER/Provider Blueprints and Login Blueprints
Strong incident, problem, and ticket-resolution skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently with multiple priorities
Experience with documentation, change control, testing and implementation processes

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and troubleshoot Epic SER/Provider Records and related provider data.
Support provider record configuration with SER Blueprints and Login Blueprints.
Manage provider information related to ePrescribing/Surescripts, External Directories, Care Teams, and Record Merges.
Triage, investigate, and resolve incidents during business hours.
Analyze complex provider data issues and propose solutions with minimal supervision.
Communicate with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders about issues and resolutions.
Perform requirements gathering, documentation, testing, change control, and implementation activities.
Support Epic Security, including User/SER record integration and Provider Maintenance Security.
Collaborate on interfaces and integrations, including Epic Bridges exposure.
Apply Master Data Management principles for provider data governance and identity matching.
Use Clarity/SQL for analysis and troubleshooting as needed.
Contribute to process improvements, standards, tools, templates, and methodologies.
Participate in project planning, risk identification, and quality assurance.
Facilitate communication between business and IT leadership.
Support automation and AI tool initiatives where applicable.
