Job summary

Da Vinci Software is seeking a Senior IT Analyst/Programmer with deep Epic SER and provider records expertise for a fully remote role. You will build and maintain provider records, triage incidents, and communicate with stakeholders during business hours.

Ideal candidates work independently, troubleshoot complex provider data issues, and understand how provider data flows across Epic and related systems. Relevant Epic certifications are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years technology or business administration experience.
• Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Management or related field.
• Epic Provider Administration badge
• Epic Security certification (STRONGLY DESIRED)

Overview: Our client is seeking a Senior IT Analyst/Programmer with advanced Epic SER and provider record expertise for a fully remote role.

Job Responsibilities:

• This person will build and maintain provider records, triage and resolve incidents and tickets during business hours, and communicate directly with stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate works independently, troubleshoots complex provider data issues, and understands how provider data flows across Epic and related systems.

Required Skills:

• Epic SER/Provider Records (Advanced): Hands-on experience with Login Blueprints and SER Blueprints, ePrescribing/Surescripts, External Directories, CareTeams, and Record Merges
• Incident/Problem Resolution (Advanced): Experience triaging and resolving tickets during business hours
• Stakeholder/Customer Communication (Strong): Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Independent Problem Solving (Strong): Self-directed, with a track record of resolving issues with minimal oversight
• Documentation/Change Control/Testing (Intermediate)
• Pro Desk API

Strongly Preferred Skills:

• Clarity/SQL (Intermediate)
• Epic Security (Intermediate): Experience with User/SER record integration and Provider Maintenance Security
• External/Referring Providers (Intermediate): Experience with addresses and organization records
• Interfaces/Integrations (Intermediate): Exposure to or knowledge of Bridges
• Master Data Management Principles (Intermediate): Source-of-truth ownership, provider/identity matching, duplicate management, data synchronization, and governance of provider and facility data
• AI Tools/Automation (Intermediate) Trainable (Familiarity Helpful): -External data feeds such as MDM, QuARQ, and MD-Staff -ServiceNow

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years technology or business administration experience.
• Preferred Education:
  -Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Management or related field.
