Job summary

iMethods seeks an experienced Epic Referrals Application Analyst to support ambulatory access and referral optimization initiatives. This senior build resource will cover referral workflows, scheduling optimization, and patient access enhancements across ambulatory specialties, partnering with operational leaders.

The ideal candidate holds Epic Certification in Referrals, Cadence or MyChart and has 5+ years of Epic Patient Access scheduling, registration, or referral workflow experience, with

Qualifications

Epic Certification in Referrals, Cadence or MyChart.
5+ years of Epic Patient Access Scheduling, Registration or Referral workflow experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong communication.

Responsibilities

Epic referrals build, production support, optimization, and workflow enhancements
Provide Support referral workflows and visit type build
Assist with expansion and optimization of online scheduling initiatives
Support MyChart scheduling and patient access functionality
Optimize provider scheduling templates and scheduling workflows
Partner with operational leadership to improve ambulatory access and enterprise scheduling strategies
Serve as a primary Epic build resource across ambulatory specialties and BMDA
