Job summary

Cardamom is seeking a Senior Application Advisor (Patient Access) to join our Epic AMS Access team. You will lead Epic Cadence and Referrals workstreams, mentor analysts, and partner with the Prelude/RTE App Lead to align priorities and delivery for Prelude, Cadence, RTE, and Referrals.

The ideal candidate brings active Epic Cadence certification, hands-on Cadence experience, and leadership in AMS or production-support environments.

Qualifications

Active Epic Cadence certification required.
Hands-on experience with Epic Cadence build, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrade support.
Experience with Epic Referrals strongly preferred.
Previous experience as Application Lead, Team Lead, Architect or similar leadership role preferred.
Experience in AMS, managed services, or production-support environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the AMS Access team with primary leadership for Epic Cadence and Referrals.
Coordinate priorities and delivery with Prelude/RTE App Lead.
Oversee and support ~14 team members across Prelude, Cadence, RTE, Referrals.
Provide hands-on Epic Cadence and Referrals expertise.
Maintain MOB scope: incidents, upgrades, maintenance, and small projects (<80 hours).
Organize, prioritize, and distribute work based on client needs and team capacity.
Mentor analysts and provide technical and professional guidance.
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Maintain clear communication with team, Cardamom leadership, and clients.
Participate in troubleshooting, design, build, testing, and implementation.
Foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.
