Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Texas seeks a Senior Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst to support operation and administration of clinical information systems across a large, multi-regional system. You will collaborate with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows, deliver incident, change and problem management, and ensure ITIL-aligned processes.

You will apply advanced healthcare knowledge, work with minimal supervision, and drive patient safety through standardized best practices with Epic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience (preferred).
• 5-7 years clinical information systems experience preferred.
• Epic certification/accreditation required; multiple certifications preferred.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues to drive strategic goals and vision for CHRISTUS Health.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications and processes.
• Provide incident, change and problem management support following ITIL guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with end users and stakeholders about changes and downtime procedures.
• Lead testing efforts and guide teams through complex integrated testing.
