Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst to support a broad portfolio of clinical applications across the enterprise. You will collaborate with clinical and technical staff to optimize workflows, implement new features, and ensure patient safety through standardized processes.

The role requires strong communication, project leadership, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree, strongly preferred.
• Epic certification/accreditation or self-proficiency in relevant applications required; multiple certifications preferred.
• Experience with ITIL incident/change/problem management and clinical information systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics to drive goals and vision for CHRISTUS Health.
• Develop, test, implement, support and maintain clinical applications and business processes.
• Provide end-user support during upgrades, releases and enhanced functionality.
• Lead and participate in testing, documenting status, and coordinating across teams.
