We are hiring for a Supervisor PB/PB Claims role to lead a team of Epic analysts, drive process improvements, and support ambulatory members with complex integrations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in an Epic Application Analyst role, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and Epic PB/Resolute certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar Epic Application Analyst role, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience is required.
• Epic PB or PB Claims Resolute certification is required.
• Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims experience, with at least 3 years in Epic Resolute module build.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the PB maintenance analyst team to deliver value to ambulatory members.
• Manage projects, priorities, and performance; mentor staff and drive process improvements.
• Lead workshops and trainings; partner with Help Desk/Product teams on complex integrations.
