Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Epic PB Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on PB build experience to design, configure, and optimize PB workflows. You will collaborate with operational stakeholders, participate in product demonstrations, and assist with upgrades and documentation.

A Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and Epic Resolute PB Certification are required; healthcare experience is preferred. Join a large health system and contribute to revenue cycle improvements, including billing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CS or related field.
Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification required.
3+ years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
Ability to lead meetings and communicate with all users at all levels.
Mentor to less experienced team members.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects and meetings, ensuring tasks stay within scope.
Engage stakeholders and vendors to evaluate, design and configure features.
Evaluate products via demonstrations and recommend solutions; support upgrade processes.
Troubleshoot and investigate application and system configuration issues; triage tickets.
