Seeking an Epic Resolute PB Analyst to support Epic Professional Billing applications, revenue cycle workflows, and system optimization efforts. This role will support implementations, maintenance, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational improvements within a collaborative healthcare IT environment.

Requirements

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification, Accreditation, or Proficiency required.
• Epic Claims/Remittance Administration certification preferred.
• 2+ years of Epic application implementation and/or support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Epic Resolute PB workflows and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience with Reporting Workbench, Dashboards, and SlicerDicer preferred.
• Knowledge of PB credits, workqueues, charge router, and Epic security is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
