Job summary

Southeast Health is seeking an Epic Resolute PB Analyst to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic applications. You will work with clinical and revenue cycle teams to model future-state workflows and ensure the system meets organizational needs.

Responsibilities include end-user support, issue triage, change control, and collaboration with Epic implementation staff. Strong certification path and experience with Epic is required and on-site collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Testing and pre-requisite testing for Epic certification is required.
• Epic certification/accreditation is required and will be provided training opportunities within a defined timeframe.
• Two to four years of relative Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for the Epic module’s end-users.
• Identify issues impacting the application area and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Guide workflow design, build, test, validate, and implement system changes.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and change control processes.
• Serve as liaison between end users and Epic implementation staff.
• Communicate status, milestones, and issues to leadership and project teams.
• Participate in training and inform users about new feature updates.
• Stay current with Epic releases and quarterly updates.
