Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a skilled Epic PB analyst to analyze, design, build, and optimize Epic Professional Billing and PB Claims and Remittance workflows. The role requires hands-on PB configuration experience, strong revenue cycle knowledge, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Ideal candidates will have Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification and 2+ years of enterprise platform experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Epic PB build experience required.
• Strong revenue cycle knowledge and ability to work independently.
• Experience mentoring less experienced team members.
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate with users at all levels.
• Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and manage meetings with stakeholders.
• Analyze and design Epic PB workflows and Remittance processes.
• Configure features, security settings, and document workflows.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and support application upgrades.
• Develop Job Aids and training materials for customer support.
